  • Abreah Griffin

    A seasoned personal trainer + group instructor, Abreah specializes in strength training, hypertrophy, mobility, and sports performance exercises. She received her personal training certification at NASM and was a competitive athlete across multiple domains. From Denver Colorado, Abreah grew up snowboarding and skiing.

  • Kolton Oie

    Kolton Oie is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and life long athlete. As an athlete he competed in football, baseball, wrestling, and track and field. Along with a BA in finance, he holds multiple CPT certifications, kettlebell, battle rope, and nutrition certifications. In his professional career he’s worked with numerous fitness brands including F45 and Equinox. When not working with his clients, training, or kickboxing, he loves to cook, relax outside in the sun and find the best patio / rooftop restaurants in LA.

  • Ashley Joi

    A former Division 1 Track and Field Athlete, Ashley began her professional fitness career in 2013. Her training philosophy is grounded in her background in psychology and communication studies. Ashley is on Chris Hemsworth’s team of expert trainers and is also a featured trainer with PopSugar Fitness.

  • Raisa Lilling

    Raisa has been a fitness and yoga instructor for 20 years and, from ballet to boxing, she has practiced movement her entire life.  She completed her first yoga training with YogaWorks in 2005, was the owner of Fit4Mom Santa Monica, is a NASM - CPT and continues to train in multiple modalities.  She specializes in core conditioning and helping pre and postpartum women build strength and manage diastasis recti. Leading group classes or offering private and semi-private training, her aim is to help clients build strength, find alignment and enjoy exploring new ways to move for long-term health and mobility.
